2.  Click 'Forgot Password'

3.  Enter your email address associated with the account

4.  Click 'Request Password Reset'

After a delay an email will be sent to your email address.

5.  Click the link sent to you

Then you'll see Enter your new password

6.  Enter your password

7.  Confirm the password

8.  Click Update Password

The Voiceover Kickstart site is available throughout the world and works across all commonly used devices and browsers.

If you are having trouble with one device or browser, this is a local issue which we obviously cannot assist with.

If you are having trouble logging in on a device/browser, check that it is not storing an incorrect username/email address and/or password combination.

Cancelling your membership triggers full and secure deletion of your profile, activity and information.

Please note that returning members will need to pay the £75 set-up fee to rejoin and activate their membership.

Go to ACCOUNT/SUBSCRIPTIONS and CANCEL your annual subscription.

If you are a LEGACY member paying through PAYPAL, simply go to your PAYPAL account and cancel the subscription.

You must do this prior to the payment due.

Membership continues until the end of the paid-up annual or monthly period.
